WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we do! Please note that shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military PO/FPO addresses generally takes longer than our standard shipping time.

WILL MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Purchases over $350 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact customercare@sweetpeachboutique.com within one (1) business day so we can correct your address. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days, so you only have a small window to make address changes. 

Once the order has been shipped, no address changes can be made. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to see if you can intercept the package and have it rerouted.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS UNDELIVERABLE? 
We want to resolve any issues with your order right away! If you would like for us to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us as “undeliverable”, please contact customercare@sweetpeachboutique.com for assistance.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance with tracking your order and file a claim if you believe the package has been lost.
