Orders take 1 – 2 business days to be processed and shipped.

Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM ET will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Log into your Sweet Peach Boutique account and click on “Orders” to view status. Once your item has been shipped, refer to your tracking number to check delivery.

To provide you with premium service, we process orders within 1 – 2 business days of receipt. As a result, we can only cancel or modify orders that have not been shipped. Contact Customer Care immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order. 

Orders that have been shipped can be returned for store credit as long as our warehouse receives them within the 7-day return window. Please review our Return Policy for additional details.

We take extra care and precaution to inspect all items prior to shipment. However, we sincerely apologize if a defect was overlooked. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, email Customer Care within 5 business days of delivery for assistance. Be sure to include your order number in your email, and supply photos of the damage or defect. We will fix the issue right away!

If you do not contact us within 5 days of delivery, we will not be responsible for defective, wrong or missing merchandise.

Yes, we charge sales tax on all US orders based on your state's guidelines.

Enter the promo code in the “discount code” box exactly as it appears on our promotional materials and click “Apply”. The discount will appear immediately.

Unfortunately, our system only accepts one promo code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for your next order.

RETURNS

WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ITEMS THAT MEET OUR RETURN GUIDELINES. ELIGIBLE ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

1. Submit your request on our Online Returns Portal.

You’ll need your order number and email address to complete the form. If you have issues submitting your return request on our Portal, contact Customer Care for assistance. The Portal is only available to you 7 days following the delivery of your order. After 7 days, all sales are final.

2. Print the forms generated on the Portal and include them in your return shipment.
Returns without authorization forms will be refused and returned to sender.

3. Use a shipping carrier of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements. We advise you to utilize a carrier that provides tracking information as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. Ensure that you obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Sweet Peach Boutique is not liable for any return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Yes! You can place multiple returns in one shipment. However, you must include the completed return forms generated from our Online Returns Portal for each order in the shipment for it to be accepted by our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We advise you to utilize a carrier that provides tracking information as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. Sweet Peach Boutique is not liable for any return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Ensure that you obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We are unable to accommodate exchanges for online purchases. Our inventory changes rapidly and we cannot guarantee your selected item or size request will be in stock. We advise you to return your original purchase and place another order for the new items you’d like to select.

We will issue the store credit for your return once your item(s) arrive at our warehouse and are inspected to ensure they meet return requirements.

We offer store credit only. No refunds. No exceptions. 

Once your return is processed by our warehouse, a Peach Card (our e-gift card) will be issued to the email address on file. Your Peach Card can be used immediately and never expires.

The following fees will be deducted from the Peach Card (store credit) you receive for your return: 

1. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your Peach Card total.

2. If you received free shipping as a promotion, those fees will be deducted from your refund when you return the associated items.

3. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from your Peach Card if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend. For example, if you received a buy one get one free offer and decide to return one of the items, your store credit will be adjusted to reflect the discounted amount for that particular item. 

The following items CANNOT be returned:
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
- Shoes that are scuffed or without their original box cannot be returned. Box must be free of damage without stickers or labels. 
- Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, underwear, socks, and tights
- Hair accessories, beauty products, and sunglasses
- Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.)
- Items marked FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE
- Personalized or customized items 
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a free-shipping promotion on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping charges from your store credit if your order is returned

Returns postmarked after 7 days of your original delivery date will be refused and returned to sender.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status. You can use this number on the shipping carrier’s website to track delivery.

Orders over $100 qualify for Free Ground Shipping within US States. (Alaska + Hawaii Included). The minimum order value must be $100 before taxes, shipping, and handling. Associated shipping fees for orders under $100 are based on weight and will be visible during checkout.

We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders generally take 7- 21 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to COVID-19, holidays or inclement weather. Costs are based on weight and will be visible during check-out.

Yes, we do! Please note that shipping to P.O. boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses generally takes longer than our standard shipping time.

For security purposes, purchases over $350 will require a signature upon delivery.  

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact Customer Care within one (1) business day so we can correct your address.

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days, so you only have a small window to make address changes. Once the order has been shipped, no address changes can be made. Contact the shipping carrier directly to see if you can intercept the package and have it rerouted.

We want to resolve any issues with your order right away! If you would like for us to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us as “undeliverable”, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance with tracking your order and file a claim if you believe the package has been lost. Sweet Peach Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
